JACK GOODWIN

CLUB CAPTAIN

JACK GOODWIN

National finalist, our breaststroke swimmer Jack took it upon himself to create the club’s unofficial Instagram page – now its widely thought of as our own and followed by lots of other clubs. It’s solely managed by him! I’ve noticed that the only news that seems to get missed is congratulations for his own performances!
Jack is an excellent role model for the younger squads, recently working at our Christmas Camp to support them with their training. Jack is exceptionally mature for his 14 years of age!

HELEN ST JOHN MOSSE

CLUB CAPTAIN

HELEN ST JOHN MOSSE
200 fly swimmer extraordinaire, Helen is probably one of the longest standing members of the club still swimming.  She is an exceptional role model for our members.  Her work ethic is to be admired, Helen juggles her university studies at Southampton with a part time job as well.  Yet she still manages to find the time for her role as young Official.  Not only does she officiate at our PNSC meets she has also been selected to officiate at national competitions – most recently at the Inter County Championships.

EMMA MACK

EMMA MACK

Fast following in Helen’s footsteps Emma also recently completed her timekeepers course and you will now see her in white supporting our level 4 meets as young official.

Emma also helps her younger team mates with a regular commitment on Monday’s supporting the Coach of the Mountbatten Academy Squad.

Like Helen, Emma bizarrely favours the 200 fly!

CAYDEN GUYETT-SMITH

National Open Water Swimmer Cayden is also a County Medallist and regional qualifier. Cayden is a fabulous role model within his squad, he always has the best attendance and works really hard during sets. He has helped Lee with leading land work for Silver Squad and always fully supports his team mates at competitions.
